CSA: The Confederate States of America (DVD) IN THEATERS FEBRUARY 15, 2005 Kevin Willmott's funny qvc shopping tv network and alarming mockumentary, C.S.A.: THE CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA, springs from an ingenious premise: the South defeated the Union army qvc shopping tv network and won the Civil War.
